S&P ovenproof dish mix oil & vinegar. Add sliced onion and red pepper, coat with oil mix. S&P. Into preheated oven 180 degrees for 10 mins. I have two small air fryers, they get up to temperature extremely quickly and make life so simple, do you think you might like to join us in the 21st century one day?
