To be fair, an air fryer roasts potatoes really well.

But if they are offering healthy cooking courses to go with it, why would you show a pic of spuds covered in cheese?! Bizarre.

BBC laziness at a guess.

If I got a free one off the council and then used them both at the same time , would they then cook my meal in half the time ? 😋

I use two, chips in one and scampi in the other. Takes about 12 minutes.

You can buy a slow cooker for £20, if it was a real game changer I would assume anybody with enough brain cells to form a duo would already have one? What is lacking is the inability to use such things IMO. Besides, if I lived in Lincolnshire I would live on Haslet - can't get the stuff for love nor money round here 😡.

Good thinking that T C as you haven't got to keep one item warm while waiting the rest to be cooked , I can't see me getting one if they find out I shop in the up market food stores even if everything I buy have been reduced

Well I shop in Waitrose, Sainsbugs and Morrisons and of late the Morrisons has had the better offers.

I sometimes go in the small Morrisons near us and I do buy a few items with the club card reductions but not keen on there bread stuff and a lot of there packet meals , last week they had those round tins of Quality Street and the others they do for £2 a tin , trouble is you had to spend £40 , my wife would had spent 40 quid just so she could buy some tins of chocolates for a couple of quid , not me though , I am far to frugal   MM

If you want Quality Street ASDA is the cheapest, buy the refill pouches, they were £5 for 750 grammes I think.

I am not sure of the size of those round tins but I have seen them range from £4 when they first started to put the Christmas stuff out to £6 which they are in most places at the moment , I did get a free one last week , I said free one but I meant one chocolate , I had what little hair I have left cut last week and the hairdresser gave me a Christmas card and offered me a chocolate from the Quality Street tin , it must had worked for her as I gave her the two quid change as a tip

I didn't have the heart to look at the sell by date on the tin , even if they were well past it , it's the thought that count 😋

And at £2 per chocolate the plastic tin can be topped up forever.   :cool1:
