welsh1
We treated ourselves to a nice duck in Marks and Sparks before christmas and froze it to have at the start of the New Year, but had to put it off until today, well the Wife cooked a blinder, lovely bit of duck with roast potatoes and green beans with a redcurrant, balsamic vinigar and red wine Jus. Have to say it was superb.

marsh man
Everything on the plate look superb , I have had duck legs from M + S before , I followed the cooking instructions and wasn't sure the two hours or so they took was worth all the effort , I have got a wild one later on this week but I can't see looking as nice as yours , well done to your good lady . MM This was a whole duck, we have the legs in the fridge for a sandwich tommorow, all the wife did was score it rub some salt into it and cook it upside down until the last half hour where she turned it back over to crisp the skin(which was so tasty)
