marsh man
No photo tonight , I had one single bit of Skate wing , started it off in the pan but it was spitting to much so put it under a hot grill and kept an eye on it , I had put butter on both sides and it must had been under the grill for a good five minutes each side , the thin bits on the Skate started to turn Brown and the thick bits had a light Brown tinge so that was it , I didn't do any chips as the piece of Skate and another bit of the Rhubarb crumble and custard was enough for me tonight , more luck than anything but the fish meat was as White as snow and was done just right , a very nice light'ish tea , How do you do your wet fish ? I would had shown you the bones but my incinerator ate them before I had my crumble , it was very good and far better than the last bit I had when I put flour on both sides and fried it , not as good as the bit I had tonight , when I buy another bit I will show you the end result before the knife and fork come into play , it will be fish , chips with tartar sauce.
