He plead guilty. That means he admitted the offence with which he had been charged and will have been told by his lawyer the full implications of what that would entail including a very precise indication of that this would result in a custodial sentence and the length of said sentence.

Additionally it is usual when an individual does do this that their lawyer will ask them to sign a short document confirming  their intention to do so. As my briefs, in the past, have always said to me "If you haven't done it don't plead guilty to it."

I have neither empathy nor sympathy for this guttersnipe (with convictions going back twenty years for assault, fraud, use of false passport and etc.) posing as a champion of the people.

He is in prison for a civil matter doing time . This is about his rights as a human getting  his right to prison visits from friends and family

He has had visitors and all of a sudden this has been  stopped.

Of course he is , look forward to what happens to those who attacked the police at Manchester air port, or the labour councilor and the threat  of cut throat.

Most of what he says is what many of us think but won't even utter for fear of being cancelled, put on a watch or something similar.

Its a shame he was bolshy enough to post up what he was banned from posting.

The country has been dragged downhill for sure.
