That means he admitted the offence with which he had been charged and will have been told by his lawyer the full implications of what that would entail including a very precise indication of that this would result in a custodial sentence and the length of said sentence. Additionally it is usual when an individual does do this that their lawyer will ask them to sign a short document confirming their intention to do so. As my briefs, in the past, have always said to me "If you haven't done it don't plead guilty to it." I have neither empathy nor sympathy for this guttersnipe (with convictions going back twenty years for assault, fraud, use of false passport and etc.) posing as a champion of the people. He is in prison for a civil matter doing time . This is about his rights as a human getting his right to prison visits from friends and family He has had visitors and all of a sudden this has been stopped.
