gdunc
Millomite - have you done much rifle shooting? I ask as i'm very new to it and i'm going in at the deep end so to speak.
Dunkield
Good shooting, looked like a great day, I hope they blooded you! It is easy to cock it up when faced with the real thing The top deer shot looks like it was taken quartering, I pulled that shot the first time I took it and it had to be followed up on - your learn something everytime you pull the trigger. If you go out with a responsible stalker they won't let you take any shots that you shouldn't be able to make.

Top deer was taken facing me at a slight angle, thats why the exit is so far back on the side. Destroyed the heart yet it still made it 30 yards! Amazingly tough creatures
