Suffolk shooter
I managed 4! Can any one better this? I managed to do: - Suffolk Country fair at Ipswich in March (1st one nationwide of the year) Suffolk Game Fair at Glemsford Mid-Suffolk Country fair, Stonham East anglian Game fair, Norwich Euston Country fair Hadleigh Show South Suffolk Show Some country fair down in Dorset/Hampshire whilst on Holiday in July, can't remember the name though And Missed the Fenland game fair and of course the CLA for obvious reasons. So 8 in total. I could do these each weekend, meeting people, trying differing game receipes, looking at range of clothes, boots, watching the display, seing my kids enjoy it oh and spending money on anything shooting related. Chard
I only managed a smallish one in Cheshire, can't even remember what it was called. I enjoyed it though, and so did my lad. There were opportunities for clay shooting and a bit of archery and air gun shooting for the lad, and plenty of displays. Oh and a ******* double glazing company Must try and get to a few more this year

Cranfield
I went to just one in Kent. The traffic queues for the big shows (Midland, CLA etc., ) after a long drive, really kill me. It takes most of the fun out of the day.
fat_jay
SS is the suffolk country fair yearly? how does it compare in size to the norfolk?
webber
I went to NONE, been there, done that. As Cranfield says a lengthy drive followed by atrocious ques in and out ruin a good day for me. I may be tempted to visit Lowther this year, and have a shoot whilst there. I doubt that I will visit any of the major shows again until I start to hear good reports about ques and parking. webber

mr_colt
Just the Midland for me and that was enough. Not as mobile as I used to be but; I did enjoy the BASC demonstrations. I'm sure some of you might have seen the photos of it I posted in '07. I had spent a fair whack of my cash on a cabinet from Paul Hart before the fair had even began so I ran out of cash about half-way through. I'm not sure if i'll go again next year; are there any game fairs near Powys this year? mr_colt.
Dunkield
2 I think? the West Country and Southern one at Highclere which was pretty well flooded out. This year I will mainly be going to: West Country, Southern (just because it is nice and local and still very much a game fair, and at a push we can get a lift home ) maybe the CLA as it is down south, but probably not.
