starlight32
Should we make it harder to join pigeon watch? We could lay down a few requirements prior to being signed up as a full member using current members from different counties to vett the candidates. My thoughts are as follows; Yorkshire- Assessment of person's financial stability Scotland- Alcohol screening Kent- Anti social behaviour testing Norfolk-combine/tractor driving test Suffolk- IQ test As you will see I have not mentioned Essex, they will generally be used to enforce security, administer punishments and confirm gender. If I have missed anything please forgive me- its saturday night the wife's out and I am on my fourth can of a funny tasting lager in a black can with a bird of prey on the front. Its a bit mind nubming to sya the lest.
