sleep

Me I only sleep about 4 hours a night, can go a night or two without sleep at times. I find sleeping a waste of good time, and it has little effect on how I feel. Good rest is fine for me.

But there really is nothing like the feeling of a real decent nights sleep, and waking up in the morning with the windows open, and the cold morning air comming in. Always makes me feel like trying to smile a bit harder/work a bit harder. :yp: I usually try to make myself sleepy reading through varius forums untill silly hours in the morning.

Have a good one ;)

I finished 2 hard nightshifts this morning, I had a couple of hours yesterday, due to the binmen and a couple today and I am now entering the "Night of the living dead" syndrome as I have had 2 beers and am starting to feel them, however even if there is an earthquake, pestilence or similar, I shall be retiring in a mo for 8 hours of childlike sleep. My bladder just doesn`t enter into it.

Nighty night Ron.

What in the blue christ!

Surely this post has racial undertones? At the very least, it is predjudiced towards a single coloured deity, I think that the expression "coloured christ" would be less offensive to those unfortunate enough not to be in this minority group.

Hopefully the new Supreme Being Rights Act will stamp out this form of predjudice.

I don't want to worry you Mate, but go see the Doctor straight away. I started just like you and was diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer. In this day and age there are a lot of different treatments, in my case I had radiography and injections, which neither of them hurt in any way, shape or form. Now I am completely cured my psa is down to 0.05 below the normal average. I have an injection once every three months and see my consultant once a year oh, and you need to have a blood test ten days before your injection, for your psa level.Just two more injections and my treatment is completed, although some may make a joke of it get it checked out, I can assure you that if you do have prostrate cancer just leave it to them to sort out the best treatment for you. It worked for me. Good Luck Mate  :yp:
