Dr W
A real shame but perhaps he wouldn't wanted to have woken up if he'd known about his wife. RIP

Mungler
A lot of Westerner holiday destinations are still third world countries. I have always been nervous about holidaying in a complex where you are surrounded by high fences, barbed wire and armed guards to keep the natives out. A very very sad affair. We need an "I'm with sensible" thingy. Tragic, but as Mung says, beyond the glossy brochures these can be very dangerous places. steve_b_wales
Had Ben survived, he would probably have had massive brain damage. He may have not known this, but his family and friends would have to witness this every day. I have worked/work with people who have aqquired brain injury, and to see them now, to what they were like before the injury is saddening. Ben is now with his wife, and some of his organs were donated for transplant. My heart goes out to his, and his wife's family and friends.
