It was a pretty bad introduction to sea fishing Chris - very unusual for it to be that bad

Mind you, looking at us lot, I don't think we could catch a ******* dose of the clap :hmm:

Don't worry Chris,

When there is a round two I will be on hand again to teach the PW members how to catch fish.

I can't remember who said it but someone said "If you can't catch dogfish on Holyhead breakwater then you really are a *******" Well thats 5 of you   :good::hmm::good: :good: :good:

I bet Rob is wishing he had kept that lobster.

Yeah, It is a shame we didn't stay a bit longer. I had a few more that I bought all the way from Essex to slip on the hook when noone was looking. :good:

Shame I only noticed this post yesterday, kind of assumed nobody would venture as far as Holyhole .:caugh:. .:caugh:. "Holyhead" so have never bothered look in the meet up section.

Not that I know the first thing about fishing or even own a rod, so no loss really, although would have been nice to put a few faces to names.

Probably wouldnt have done no good to you lot as i dont post that much really, but after reading on here for months as a guest, i have my own little caracter profiles for each of the main contributers.

An awful lot of people seem to enjoy fishing off the break water in Holyhead, i live within site of it and its all i can see from my office window.

Maybe next time hey? if there ever is one considering the massive number of fish you landed.

Killjoy,

Don't worry I believe there is going to be another meet up. All you missed was 6 blokes drowning bait and MM who kept saying "Any minute now"

Apparently the next venue we are garanteed to catch. :hmm::lol:

Ah, so the is the REAL reason why Mrs MM is so rough. hahahaha

I think we should sort the next one for the Mersey next month if we have a few takers. :D

I've just been on the Cast & Catch fishing forum and there's a report of a boat fishing trip. They cut this guys Mackerel feather hooks off at the bend and he was feathering for bait all day and couldn't understand why he wasn't catching any, but everybody else was

Oh how we laaaaarfed. Wait till I get hold of Magmans gear :yp:
