I sent them off to their service centre who gave them an overhaul, including replacing a missing lense and repairing the focus mechanism free of charge! Easy enough to do yourself if you have the tools available but I would recommend you have them done professionally especially if they are in good external condition and if they are the later multicoated optics In good nick with the leather case £170 -200 so worth chucking £50 quid at because you wont buy better optics at that sort of cost. Mine were fine till my wife dropped them from her lap in a bird hide, now a bit off despite repair at a local camera center. Still superb lenses but probably worth zilch.
