SPARKIE Posted February 2, 2007 Report Share Posted February 2, 2007 decide this morn to go for a walk round the stables and do a bit of pigeon shooting as theres a fair few about now anyhow took george and bailey with me for a walk got down to te bottom field and sat down next to a big oak tree sun was out pigeons were flying about here and there all was well shot a few pigeons and was havin a good day till the missus rang a bloke who was digging the road up to the shared entrance to the stables had left a pile of rubble in the road and my missus had tryed to squeezz past and drove over a metal peg he had put in the floor straight throught the tire wall i could get my finger init arrrrghhh new tyres only done about 3000 miles so was walking back to the car park to fit the spare and as i was gettin close to 1 of the gates i was about to climb over 2 foxs bolted out the hedge to the right of me about 30 yards swong through bang dropped 1 bang bang to finish it of .george chased the other accross the field into the brook was well happy my heart was in full swing i was starting to shake all i could think was yes got 1 of the chicken thiefs so out comes the phone picced it and its here for all to see ................oh later as i got back to the car to fit the spare saw the chap that had dug the road up so went over to speek to him had a bit of a heated discushion as he said theres no way he was gonna pay for a new tyre and my missus should of been looking where she was goin so i said ill get a new tyre and we will se how long his tyres last ....and i walked away... did what i had to do at the stables and went back to my car and the chap came over to appoligise said he didnt want to fall out with me and said would £40 get me a new tyre i said yes he give me the money for a new tyre aswell so had a new 1 fitted cost me £29he aint gettin the change Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
