I use shell, don't know the cost of petrol or derv as I only put petrol in 4 time a year. Rest of the time it's 53p a litre for my fuel. Best move. Ever made was buying LPG motor
-
If on Facebook there is a steel shot wood Pigeon group. Some have got up to £1 each in there. There is someone that offers 50p a bird if you take wings and feet off but its not worth the hassles for that little a price when the game dealer gives 32p as they come.

What is it with that place A mate is over there for 2 weeks now as well. When we went we just took taxis as it was cheap. They all charged the same price also the island is so small that bikes worked very well.

Cartridges are to big. You need to file all the back down till they don't touch, honest! -
After calls to lg and Panasonic it came out that not all are compatible don't know why but they don't work
-
What every you get, just make sure the HDMI is cross compatible. I have a lg blueray player that was on the lg TV but had 5 TV's pack up. Replacement with panisonic, sound is much better, old sound bar now not need. But the blueray player is none compatible it turns out so turned out to be rather expensive

cheers for the superspark looks like a wall full of sockets and isos, no need for tiles now as there will be no room all the ratings came direct from the neff website for the items she has ordered. their now on back order so i cant even get me head around the back of them to look. would be nice if i could find a double cooker iso switch as it would be neater. i hate kitchens.

Swopping moderators on rifles.
activeviii replied to steve_b_wales's topic in General Shooting Matters
I think the question had be answered already but just in case. Nowhere in the firearms law does it say you have to use said mod with said rifle. you asked for a moderator slot, they gave you one. you asked for a rifle slot, they gave you one. all they are is slots on your licence to hold and use. i have a .30 cal mod on my ticket. up until a couple of weeks ago i had no .30 slot for a .30 rifle but for a year i had the 30 mod slot and used the mod on all rifles. perfectly legal looking at it a different way. say you have 2 rifles on a licence. a 17 hh and a 22hh. that's two slots. is it illegal to carry and use both at the same time? nope. so why can't you use your 22 mod on your 17 rifle, your licenced to carry and use both. -
thanks TT. only thing is, the microwave is 16amp and the oven is 15amp. i thought plugs were 13amp fused or less. think ill have to put off the kitchen fitter till sparks back as i cant afford to get it wrong.

Just planing a new oven and combo microwave but need to get the wiring in place ready for the spark to come in and hard wire but he asked me to run the cabling. I use to do it all with no problems but since part p I just run cable and get spark in to commission and check. As units will be in the way I need to get it right. Single oven 3.45watt. So if I have turnings right that's 15amp And a Combi microwave running Max of 3.65 watt. 16 amp. As it is at the moment I have 6mm twin/earth running from consumer unit to isolation switch and then onto the plate connector behind the oven that was/is there at the moment. Cable has a run of 5 meters from consumer unit to ISO. Then ½ meters to plate. Questions are. Will the 32 amp fuse be OK as is. Will a second 6mm need to be run so there would be 2. One for each appliance. What ISO switch do I need. Dose it need to have to switch's or can the both be wired into the one place and then the isolator to control both at once. Sparkies is away and I need to get it in ready for when the kitchen fitter starts or I'll be beggered up. Thank for help gents

http://www.dpteuro.co.uk Not the best site but gives basics I have a 6.5 on order but no 1/2 nuts in stock. I was going to wait to test before oderering for the triple and 308 I will be at severnside end of month and will have either the reflex of the end can if you wold like to look and play
-
After speaking to my local shop it turns out the triton also has the same issues. DTP ordered but no barrel but for me yet. Couple of weeks and it will be sorted I hope
-
my aimsonic has gone back because if keeps blowing seals after the first shot and shifting POI if a follow up shot is needed, i cant trust it. i am replacing with a DPT reflex type. £255 and as light as the roedale but with a lifetime guarantee. can add more or less modules to suit rifle.

getting dafter!could you answer this question?
activeviii replied to kdubya's topic in General Shooting Matters
I would have said I will answer their question but first he must answer mine. How many people work in his department. Not that turns up in the morning but that actually work. -
I have a cheap £8 china one. no need for night vision as you have your lights on. unless you want it running 24/7 even when car is parked up. mine turns on when engine starts and off when engine is off. a 8gig card records in 5 minute chunks and then saves, this way its smaller files. does all i need, sits behind the rear view mirror. records 1080p, or so it says.

Mora roe knife is the one I use just for the skinning of legs on all deer. Best way I found to skin munties is let someone else shoot them and then take them home. Hate skinning them, would rather do 20 squirrels. Good Job on bushwear redgum

I have a new mod. The end can DPT moderator in 6.5 for now. Will get out and give it a side by side test with other mods in same calibre. Then in a couple of weeks the reflex will also be on one of the rifles. So far the end can is very light and the rifle still has a very nice balance. Big thanks to dautsey guns for sorting things out with the old aimsonic and getting the DPT's. Top service again

243 will do you proud but there is better than the T3, look for a light used M595. Bomb proof, better metal work and stick was massively better.
-
They will not last as long as the Harris. They are softer aluminium on the presses parts, where the spring sits on mine it now has a 5mm groove cut in from use. All still works and has around 6 years abuse but then £15 from DX.com I can't complain.

I have to pop over to Richards so I might have a chat to him about one. I think the DPT is going to be ordered once I work out how many baffles are needed
