(lucky fella will be in Lanzarote) Only trouble is that my brother does not have his SGC yet so will he be ok using my spare gun or does it need to be your clubs gun? Cheers John

I got a size up for extra socks (also cos I bought from internet so couldn't try them on) but with neoprene muck boots you don't need extra socks, they are already very warm. Your lucky, you can go and try the boots on to make sure you get the right size. Don't get them too big or they'll be a pain in the ***** if your planning to do a lot of walking in them.

If your on a budget Mike, I would go and try on those rydales at YT and see how they fit and what they feel like. The neoprene lining should make them a warm boot and try to check the sole is pretty rigid, you don't want soft/bendy soles or your feet will ache.

Very sad situation and my heart goes out to the lady (and her dog) as she must have been terrified. The owner should get picked up very quickly as the footage is pretty good so he will get recognised.

Mike, I use muckboots (tay) which I find to be very good but here's a pic of the rydales for you.

YES, chuck the cigs away. I've been off them 3 1/2 years now but it's not easy so you need to make sure in your own head that it's the right thing to do.
