  3. They have a very bad reputation professionally. I tried to get them to take the account over from BT 2 years ago, it was hell on earth their support was terrible, I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Only two i'd recommend is BT, expensive but generally the best service, and if you can take big brother watching you try Virgin. Woody
  4. Hi Listen to the people on this forum, get your self some lessons preferable from a CPSA coach. Also take the time and get your gun properly fitted. Also don't get yourself disheartened, we all have off days. Concentrate on enjoying the shooting and don't worry about the scores. Woody
  5. Hi We in the medical trade have been planning for this for the past few years, and were not that ready, I could'nt even order the body bags. If it hit's am staying home for a few weeks and not answering the door. Hope 2000 rounds is enough, might go and get another 2K when I get back to the UK. Woody

  7. Think they are recycling old news, they were hoping to expand if they got the go ahead, and even spent some money on models etc. I was there over the bank holiday and they have put way the model of the new layout and no one mentioned anything whilst I was there. Woody
  8. Hi We should never have taken him back in to this country. He was a broken man living on hand outs and I would not have lost any sleep with him escaping justice and dying. But justice must be done, so lets keep him inside until he meets his parole criteria. Woody
  9. Hi Would never ever shop online with them. I always phone my order to them, but even that can be an experience. But I would never have anything on back order. Woody
  10. Hi Has anyone noticed how little his death matters to the media. Prove what a bloody waste our media has become. Woody

  14. I think the whole situation comes from the training and lack of appropriate screening of new officers. I see it now after 18 years in uniform. It seems the powers that be want bums on seats not good quality officers with a broad background in life experiance to give them the steady hand thats lacking. I look at the new prison officers now and I laugh, theirs so young 17 1/2 is no age to be a supervisior of people who have broken the law I don't respect them, so why would they. Sometimes it feels like bring your kid to work day. Its hard for someone who has never trained deal with a tactical situation like what we saw at the G20. If the person had not died it would have never made the news, thats the simple truth. If your told to clear an area you clear it, and they were corraling the demonstartors and if your caught up in the area tough you there until the police decide to disperse you. I feel sorry for the family, and his death is a tragedy pure and simple, but I would be very surprised if the push had anything to do with his death. But it will not save that officers career. Reasonable is different to proportional response. Appropriate would be what is required to get the job done, but would have to be justified, a proportional response would have been to arrest him, but has been said their is never enough police to go around so couldn't be done. The G20 was always going to be a flash point, the media stoked the fire and a small minority have ruined what would have been a peaceful demonstration. Woody
  15. Hi Think BT also do it. Its a pretty reliable data store just don't like the idea of leaving private info anywhere other then my machine. Or buy a 8GB pen drive proberly better off with that. Woody
  16. Sounds good, something I might eat, and proberly will be better received then a happy meal Woody
  17. Hi, Like a complete tonker I have applied and interviewed for this fine show, and I find out on Monday if they have lowered their entry requirements to let me on the show. Was wondering if anyone could give me advice on what to serve, as I can't cook, don't like dinner parties or people who do not think evrything I say is right. And do get me started on people who don't eat meat ! Woody

  24. The Sun and the Mail are on no ones side excpet their circulation. I read with interest the tactic the tactical units use to hide their identities and laughed my **** of when they forgot to mention each officer has a bloody big number on the back of his helmet. Eye witness accounts are a double edged sword, a socialology experiment showed that if 10 people witness a event then they would get 10 different variations on the incident. I'm not saying that the three `witnesses` are not of use but we also need the context of what they saw. What we have is a lot of speculation on what happened to that man, but no proof. Was he assaulted once twice or not at all. Is there CCTV footage, well until I see in the official report i'll wait in judgement. But a company is not obliged to give the police its footage, it needs a court order to get the footage and some businesses will fight that court order as they do not want people knowing where there CCTV cameras are pointing or what resolution they are capable of recording in. One thing I have not found is about the lack of CCTV footage, the guardian make no reference, and nor do any other sources, I would be interested in finding out where this has come from. Finally it also states that other eye witnesses say their was not contact before hand with the police, thus demonstrating clearly what I was saying about eye witnesses. Woody
