Our terriers would, and do react to dogs running up to them. Why should I muzzle them? All dogs should be kept on their leads. Also not everyone likes dogs and can be quite scared when seeing dogs off leads. I would never trust any dog off its lead where strangers are anyway, more so parks where children could be playing.

Lab owners, vein of my life!!! Our terriers are never allowed off their leads unless doing their earthwork. The amount of inconsiderate lab owners around here really boils my ****, their dogs are always off the lead, their dogs always come running up to our dogs (which hate labs), they never put their dogs on the lead until I threaten them, which is usually as I'm trying to part our dogs which are now fighting because the lab is just out of reach and thinks its all one big game, and the owner is saying "dont worry my dog is friendly" WELL GREAT FOR YOU BUT OURS ARENT!! Keep your dogs on their leads, have consideration for others. Rant over, sorry.

A baiter and a terrierman are 2 different types of people. The last thing I want is the two getting associated with each other. Baiters are scum. Terriermen do a bloody good job.

There's a difference between a terrierman and someone who is a baiter. Please dont tarnish us terriermen as baiters. I dont believe it would be a good idea to allow badgers to be dug, I also dont believe anyone should be allowed to shoot badgers without a licence. Half the idiots with guns I wouldnt allow to shoot at tin cans never mind a mammal that is so strongly built. Guns aint always the answer.

If I decide to take my dogs for a walk around the streets of East Cleveland and they have a **** I just leave it. Lets face it theres much worse things on the streets there than dog **** . On a serious note, I personally would choose to pick my dog **** up on rose-berry topping. Quite a few people go there, but when I'm out in the middle of knowhere I just leave it where it is.
