For those interested just picked one up fom Lidl for 19.99

I've tried bismags, aa fields, and h&n baracuda extreem, and at 50 yards 2.5/2.5/1.5" groups respectively. Think ill be trying some other brands. Thought the huntsman at 40lb should shoot a hell of a lot better than that!

I didn't change the rotors, I ordered through merlin cycles and they came fully bled and took no more than 20min to replace front and rear -

Had exactly the same problem with a set of deore brakes, tried disc cleaner and sanding the pads, and bleeding them was a complete bitch. Couldn't put up with the noise any longer so bought a pair of shimano brakes for about £70, job done -
