I'm fairly new to wildfowling. I'm in the process of upgrading guns and wondering whether to go for a Camo or black synthetic gun or not? Does it make much difference? What do you guys use? When I'm not fowling with it, the gun will be used pigeon shooting. Does the Camo catch the shooter more than the birds?

Spoke to GMK today. Beretta haven't decided if they are going to market the A300 Camo in Europe yet. It is available in the US. They say if they get enough demand for it they will bring them in. Watch this space I guess....

What do you boys recommend as a good hide net for out on the marshes? Ive got a Ghost Stealth net I use for pigeon shooting but its a mix of greens and it stood out like a sore thumb against the rushes and white grass on Sat. My mate uses a desert camo ex army issue which is great but weighs a tonne! Any suggestions?

I'm really impressed by some of the shooting videos a few of you guys are posting on here. It's something I'd like to look into doing. Can I ask what cameras you are all using and what editing software also? Thanks

Yes, another which gun thread! I've current got a Hatsan Escort which I bought as an experiment to see if I like them. I do, in fact it's my cheapest and favourite gun. However I always thought I'd upgrade if I got on with it. So I could keep it.... But if I upgrade what to? I do like the Benelli M2 but put off a bit my it being mechanically operated and having a bit more recoil than a gas one. I do like the Beretta 391 Urika... Don't really like the SX3 or the Maxus from what I've seen? What do you lot say? Don't tell me what you would like to own, or what your mate has, but if you actually have one or have used one I'd be interested in your view? Thanks!

If you want a Warrior just get one. Superb boats. I've had 2, a 165 and a 175. Even with the little 165 I've had it over 30 miles offshore! The Predators are also fine boats, they are usually slightly cheaper as they don't have the 'brand' following that Warrior do. My single piece of advice would be to find one with a decent engine, min 60hp, ideally 75hp.

Think it will be too deep to wade at all? Rig them individually?

Im fighting tomorrow on a lake I've never shot before. I've also not done that much fowling. I've got 4 decoys to use but as I don't know the venue I'm not sure how to rig them? In the past I've been with a friend on shallow estuaries we've used a long mother line and waded it out but I suspect this won't be an option tomorrow?

Jack Pyke Shotgun slip in Brown Duotex. Used and in good condition apart from a small tear about 30mm long which I have repaired with Aquasure. This occured when I removed the pocket from the side. Like the one in the picture, minus the pocket. About £30 new, reflecting the condition, I'm after £12 plus £2 P+P

Can anyone give me the measurements for the floor pan in the rear of a Defender 90 'pick up' ? I want to make up a game rack for the one on our shoot but won't be up there for a week to measure it. It's a 60 reg if that helps? Adam
