I'm a long-term builder, into my fishing and now shooting with airguns [legal airgun quarry species only]

Been a bricklayer, site manager, and all round dogsbody for forty + years and my body is now showing signs of wear'n'tear [ooohh my back/ooohh my knees] LOL

I'm also a sporty type, mainly non team stuff, ie athletics etc, martial arts, cycling, but dodgy joints now make me do more watching than taking part.

I don't mind helping others out or offering help and advice, so long as it's appreciated.
