  1. They are in the middle of Spalding, don't know the price as mine was done for free when i bought the gun. http://www.elderkinguns.co.uk/html/contact_us.html
  2. Elderkins do a good job on opening chokes out, they did my 12 bore from 3/4 and full to 1/4 and 1/2
  3. John Forsey and just cartridges both stock 10 bore. Don't know about a shop in lincs thought!
  4. One of the farmers i shoot for has tinnitus due to not using hearing protection when shooting a shotgun and prolonged use of loud machinery.
  5. I've look at getting some from but their prices are more than local dealers for all the cartridges i'd want to buy, even with fuel costs it is still cheaper to go local!
  6. I'm waiting untill the farmers son is back and my brother is back and then we'll have a walk about the farm with the dog!
  7. I'd be happy to hit anything at the moment Although i have never shot one, there is something magical about pinkfoots, i could sit there all day and watch them fly by without wanting to shoot at them!
  8. This has to be one of the best things on the forum at the moment, stunning work! How is the gun coming along?
  9. I use a pair of thigh waders from this company: http://www.fishingwaders.co.uk/ They are not camo thought. Neoprene is the material you should look for to keep you nice and warm. Tidepool ( http://www.tidepool.co.uk/ ) often have camo neoprene waders in!
  10. Have a look at this link: http://www.basc.org.uk/en/departments/wildfowling/wildfowling-permit-scheme-.cfm
  11. I'm 18 and this is my first season!
  12. Why would a loose shotgun cartridge cause a problem? After all there is no requirement to keep them secured unlike FAC ammunition.
  13. Heres a list of dealers in Cambridgeshire, if they've got a bottle they'll probably do it for a couple of quid http://www.guntrader.co.uk/DealerSearch/All/Cambridgeshire
  14. Sheps will be the closest! 6th of October :o I don't think i could wait that long, i havent been out in a week and a half and i want to be out there as soon as possible Get out and have a go, you wont regret it!
  15. Chances are you'll bump into a few of us off here if you go to sheps!
  16. Don't forget to charge the batteries! my camera has died on me twice already this season

I found the worst to be when you did that first hit on the scrum machine and bit of ice started falling down your shirt! I had a second row who grabbed my ******* in a game, we had to pause the game whilst i gave him a string of verbal abuse, the spectators where shocked
  18. Well i found some, 1.5kg roughly. Just under half have been put in with 750ml of gin i had in the house already. Got the rest to sort out tomorrow!

I had a welsh games teacher when i was in my first few years of high school about 5 years ago, as i recall he received alot of stick and mick taking from us and we were encouraged by the other games teachers
  20. Check for the fleur de lyse ( i think that is how you spell it ), BASC have a good guide to checking on there website.
  21. If you don't shoot many cartridges a year then the price doesn't matter too much. Shooting non toxic through older english fowling pieces is expensive, but people do it for the love of the sport and the history behind the gun they are shooting.
  22. Chances are it wont be steel shot proof, if you're going to be doing alot of fowling for many years to come you might as well buy something that is steel shot proof!
  23. So can you dog seen as she almost had the lot!
