Foxing outfit for sale
Dead-Eyed Duck replied to Dead-Eyed Duck's topic in Guns for Sale (Private Sales)
Just a quick response to the previous post by foxpro. I advertised this gun on PW late Monday morning. I received several responses of interest, amongst them was his. I chose to initially respond to one member who had the clear advantage of having a free slot on his ticket for a .223 and this gentleman drove on Tuesday for almost two hours to inspect the gun and package, and purchased it. If he had not then I would have responded to the other members who contacted me. I do apologise to foxpro for not contacting him sooner, but he was the 3rd on my list. -

I bought this gun new 10 years ago when I retired intending to do some game shooting, and unfortunately I have not used it. It has probably had less than 200 cartridges through it - the action is still extremely tight and the gun is in perfect condition - I still have the original AYA box for it. 70mm chambers. £1,000. Able to deliver a reasonable distance. pm me for pics etc.

Hushpower questions for owners/users
Dead-Eyed Duck replied to ajsnelling's topic in Guns & Equipment
I repeat, I would happily pay for a mod in titanium to save weight. What would my budget be - £1,000 or so. To me it would be worth it if it prevents aggro and the sight of the police walking towards me because someone, perhaps maliciously, has complained about a noise nuisance. There are plenty out there such inclined..... -
Hushpower questions for owners/users

I have not noticed any difference at all in cycling using the hushpower mod on my semi. It is louder than my 20g Hushpower o/u but this is to be expected as the mod is obviously smaller, and semi's are in my opinion louder than their o/u or sbs equivalent. My semi is a Beretta model 391. The mod is not lightweight by any means, but in my opinion it is well worth as it gives you options. Options are always good.
