if you want to stick with padi i wouldnt bother going much further than advanced o/w and maybee do the rescue diver course. after that padi are only in it for the money they can make from you. if you want to go down the techie route go with tdi etc......advanced nitrox with deco is worth doing, even if you dont want to go too deep you can have a much longer bottom time, just take a book to read on your deco stop !!

try some thin neoprene diving gloves, the barbour ones look quite bulky. ive got a pair of thin cressi gloves i use for snowboarding, theyre thin and snug, have kept my hands warm right down to about -20

you can get a bosch maf for about £90.00, theyre taking the pee with the price, dont bother with cheap maf's/sensors etc

do you mean the tickover dropped/was low when the engine light came on ? if so more likely to be a sensor

and dont forget you can haggle on the interest rate on a mortgage overe there

you need the fence to be quite high, they can jump over 1.5 metres and the little ****** will also dig under the fence if it wants to get through

check the cam belt isnt loose or stretched, this can throw the signals out between the cam and crank sensor. although the cam sensor doesnt do much when the two signals are out the car can play up why did the head gasket need doing ?
