Giving your account and sort code is just like giving someone a cheque. Ie it gives them no more details than that and is therefore safe. I asked my bank the same question a long time ago and their reply was it is safe.

“ spot check” was the term the feo used when he rang me. No guns where checked, more about me and my health etc. I believe you can (if you like) refuse them entry if not pre arranged and agree a date and time you want.

I renewed my coterminous certs only last year!! FEO just been, nice chap, simply a check on cabinet security and a chat to all under 18’s or over 70 year olds to check that I am not “addled “ or a danger to the public etc. NB. I am not under 18 or addled 🥴

Just had a call from Merseyside feo arranging a time for a spot check re security etc of firearms/guns, and also to ask about my own general health. I have arranged for this PM. Has any one else had this ?

Mine Is a 'little acorn' oerrr mrs. Trail camera. I often set mine on from 2100 to 0900 and it works no problem. Make sure you have saved the correct time/day/ date.

I have been having good success using a peanut on the mouse trap in my garage. up until recently. every other night the peanut had gone without setting the trap off. I had set the trap as sensitive as I could but over a two week period, the same result. I was on the point of setting my trail camera up in order See how he was managing to do it. Then I got a result this morning and saw that it had taken two of them to set the mousetrap off. Two flipping slugs.😀
