I recorded Packams program intending to watch it later but struggling to force myself to do so as I cannot stand the man. Has any one seen the pics of him wearing is thick, thick soled shoes. It says a lot about his personality.

Prior to getting my “open” licence all I did when being asked to shoot on another farm was to ask FEO in that area, what calibre that land was passed for. If the land was already passed for the calibre I was using I was good to go. Problem would only occur if the land had never been assessed but that did not happen prior to getting my open ticket.

I will add my vote to that. Not the first time he has promoted that type of comment. His opinion often shows the problem we have in this country with a certain section of the population who look after their own. End of.

Definite to try before you buy. i see a double image in my mates Binoculars and he sees a double image in mine. Both are a perfect image for our own eyes. I don’t know why that should be but I would certainly want to try before purchase of a new pair.

Surprise catch. Found by a friend of a friend recently when gutting his fish.

30 years ago I was on a 18 month waiting list to see a specialist re a slipped disc. I paid £30 and saw him the next day and was put on a ward the same day. So it has been happening for a very long time.

I would not like to be the Captain of a relatively small rescue boat with few crew having to pick up 30/50 unknown illegal immigrants and tell them we are returning you to France now, regardless of the legal position.

There is nothing more I would like to see than the return of the boat people back to their embarkation point as that point would be easy to prove with modern technology. However how long would it take before we had to have armed personnel carrying this out?

I feel for him, l am sure we all have had a bad day (days) in the past and know how frustrating it is. I wish him the best of luck and a couple more days of practice till he can get a better result.
