  3. hw100 and s510 are excellent rifles especially the latest s510 superlite as they are fitted with a longer cylinder for a better shot count.. out of the 2( i own both) i prefer the hw100 mainly due to the magazine system and much lighter to cock

  7. nice simple pcp and easy to use in the dark for ratting they came in two versions HF (high fill) that used a pump or dive bottle and the lower pressure one that filled from a buddy bottle
  8. matt if its an un molested s410 you have nothing to worry about and should be fine why people get excited about been able "to turn it up" i dont know fine if you want to do 5yrs
  9. i was looking for a picture to show you what i mean ......... clicky the stock has been cut away for easy access some people machine the rear of the stock and fit say a thumb wheel to wind the power right up when in the field and think that if its turned back down to below 12ftlb when been approched by plod its legal again but it isn't ... many early air guns had an adjuster then capped off with another allen screw and not reachable when the stock is fitted
  10. clicky 1 clicky 2 these links may work for you now
  11. there was a test case in 2010 july i think where a chap in derby got Sentanced to 12 months - Suspended for 24 Months Plus 100 Community Service external adjusters making a gun CAPABLE of going over 12ftlb ..... i know the laws an *** but people should be aware of the law read these threads http://www.airgunforum.net/agf/index.php?showtopic=55959&hl=external+adjusters http://www.airgunforum.net/agf/index.php?showtopic=57312&hl=external+adjusters
  12. missing the point ............. if it adjustable externally and is 'capable' of going over 12ftlb im not talking about extra washers in a springer  any airgun is capable but if you have say an allen key sticking out of the back of the breech ect you have a section 1 in your hands ring your FLO if you dont believe me
  13. as far as i understand it ,,, if you have an external way of adjusting(i.e thumb wheels or stocks machined for access to allen heads) the power output and that power output can go beyond 12ftlb you will be done for having an FAC fire arm , even if your using it set at below 12ftlb at the time .
  14. there not really thumbhole are they ......... more like pistol grip the sporter is much better
  15. looking for the laptop type case for my stealth cheers snipper

  18. i was very surprised at the napier pro 9's i used to wear the ear plugs with a diapram in but they were uncomfy after a while , and the electronic ones ect weren't an option due to their size . The napier's noise cancellation is very very good and well worth a try for the price
  19. for that money you may drop across a HW35 which are a very good tool
  20. +1 since when decoying with a shotty do you shoot then in the back
  21. 300bar is better but stick with what you have .......... it was free but as its out of test it will need a hydrastatic test which varies alot in price depending where you take it
