Who mentioned close range ..... most .177 will penetrate at close range ..... If your shooting close range with a single shot you can also load the pellets skirt first (obviously not with the hw100) Stick with diabolos and don't over think things ......

Diabolo are as good as anything , hollow points also if accurate in your hw100 Wad cutters are a good option as Figgy said but not all magazines systems will load them smoothly due to a flat head .... Jsb heavies or good old Bisley mags

Friend of mine had his collection taken off him by Humberside police for testing a few years back , He'd split with his partner and she took the hump so decided to tell plod he was been threatening so they turned up and piled his airguns up in the boot and took them away for testing . One gun was slightly over on a few shots but settled back down but as it was a springer they put it down to dieseling. .... they returned all his guns with nothing else said He was more gutted by the way his airguns were mishandled and piled up ..... There's also another testing case floating about from Doncaster I think ... a chap caught with a kalibrgun cricket in his possession with the hammer spring removed but in the gun slip , that was refitted and tested well over 12fpe All the police reports on the findings and testing where placed on the forum to have a read through ...... if I can find it I will post it on here

If your on a tight budget have a look at the smk cp2 Co2 multi shot pistol that comes with a rifle stock , the silencer isnt fantastic but can be modded or stick a used HW moderator on ..... there basically a sorted crosman ratcatcher but multi shot

The zbroia kozak is a superb rifle that needs nothing doing to it out the box... not even a blueprint 😂 Finish and quality put rifles costing double to shame.. Regulated so big shot count, HW type mags with a cocking system smooth as silk.. The P15 is a cracking little rifle to but the std shroud is a little pants but you can stick a mod straight on the barrel....both have around 170 shot count I currently own both rifles (had 3 P15 as I love modding them) kozak been my firm favourite.... After getting my 1st P15 I sold the Hw100 as I was that impressed with it.... Shoulder either first as they're not everyone's cuppa tea

Out the 2 I'd say AA .... I've owed all the AA at some stage and the r10's The best way to look at it is ....... most who buy BSA send it away to JB and have it blueprinted to make it how it should be ..... you don't do that with AA
