on rosting hot windless days we have baged 300 plus but is just your luck if you dont try you will never know thats what i think no point in sitting in the garden get out there its worth a try.

magnet,over flaper any day on our shoot we have had a serious amout of pigeon this year (12 of us) and we all use magnets just a group of 3 or 4 of us has had around,1100 on our own not counting the rest of them and i think they may be around the same if not even more its the best thing out well thats what i say other tricks might work but the whirly pulls them in from some distance unreal am talking around 1 or 2 miles and thats honistly no joking could not fault it in anyway at all im a PIGEON MAGNET SUPPORTER :unsure: :(

No you can not illuminate birds (any) unless you have a license to do so. The Countryside and Wildlife act prohibits such activities. John ferell pigeon you can as already said

Went out yesterday myself and boom boom and had a brill day started shooting early with not mutch luck but then around 2:30 moved to another wheat park and there were hundreds ,got the hide set up whirly on deecks out sat down and did not stop for 4n a half hours we shot around 290 birds prob more and picked 278 i think .What a days shooting we normaly get one or two days like that a year its great nice and windy cloudy and dry cant beat it !

Had a top day yesterday me and boom boom were out and hd a tough start with only a few cushes but around 2:30 afternoon went to a wheat stubble park and got a 290 bird day and picked 278 so we were well chuffed cant beat days like that birds were dropping in no probs TOTAL 13,891 ps even got a vist from someone else on the forum who was complementing us on our shooting so we must have looked good from a distance ha ha no that was well good even had the police chopper out someone had complained the usal anti but once it was all sorted we carried on pluging away !!!!!!!!!!
