  1. Plenty on the bay but not that good and not cheap now. Personally I'd have gone with the one nick fits for the price and time it takes to get it altered. . There very fast without the speed controller. His has the option of timer and speed control all in one.
  2. How about a sledge tied behind I use a two person one with the quad from the range. Think it was around £6. Get all my pigeon kit on it tied on with bungees. Also two blue IKEA bags for the pigeon the hold 100 if it's a good day strapped on the top. 👍
  3. I assumed wrongly it was pigeon. Had a couple of chaps on the estate asked for pigeon shooting. a couple of days later found bodies all down the ditch. They won't be coming again.
  4. Surely that's not what you do !!!! . Seems pointless to me why even bother. Just the sort of thing the antis on here want to see.
  5. Sounds like time for the sander with 40 grit paper. That should do it. 👍
  6. Trichomoniasis is a type of sexually transmitted infection caused by a tiny parasite. Symptoms of trichomoniasis include pain when peeing, sore or itchy genitals, and abnormal discharge from your vagina or penis. Trichomoniasis can usually be treated with antibiotics. You can get treatment from a sexual health clinic or GP. Trichomoniasis is usually spread by having sex without a condom or sharing sex toys. Hope it's not transferred looks mighty painful. 🙄
  7. Trichomoniasis. Think that's the human one. Found this one. You learn every day.
  8. Out yesterday I found several sick pigeons along one of the tracks at the side of a shelter belt. The last couple of weeks I've found quite a few in different areas just sat on the floor looking very sick and have dispatched them. Speaking to one of the farmers he said there had been a report from the NFU that a farmer around the Gainsborough area had found a considerable number the same. I remember some years ago a report of the same which they attributed to a bumper crop of acorns. Anyone else noticed this.
  9. Just ordered these for my old one it due a strip service.
  10. Looks like mostly linseed going in round my area. Don't think they'll be many pigeons for me this winter.
  11. Had the same. Think you have to check its coming from amazon direct to get prime nxt day and not third party.
  12. My mates the same age as me he's always had it and every year he's bad for at least a week. I never have had it and never had the flu. Perhaps just lucky.
  13. I'm sure you'll be pleased with it. Good bit of kit happy with mine. My new timer will run two as and when needed by remote or one on and one off. Still learning electronics though.
  14. Damn knew i should have pressed one the lady asked me very nicely. They've probably recorded the accidental four lettered abuse from me as well. 🙄
  15. Still waiting for hmrc to come and arrest me for non payment. 👀
  16. I'm working on one of these at the moment. I regularly run two flappers independently with good results. Just waiting for some wireless sender and receiver units then it will be compact wire free and full control able from the hide.
  17. These. Have done a couple of them they work OK at distance starting the flapper but not very good stopping it above 25 yds.
  18. I put it up just in case. Some will pay it or worse no name no registration no location. Also who issues a fixed penalty for £12.24.
  19. Definitely. I was in an hedge bottom till 1730. Unless I'd parked badly in the field. 😂
  20. Anyone had this one. New one to me.
  21. Not in bright sunlight. Always wear bugie smugglers boxers tend to chafe the the legs. Ladders are optional remember you have a lot of kit to carry.
  22. You have to make sure you get your sandpaper sheets right 9 of them in a semi circle with the flapper at the front or they won't decoy the magnet speed is critical or they will flare off. There's a lot of people on the forums asking for reports where they are to save time driving round aimlessly looking for what they can't see but keep it to yourself and you'll be rewarded with a decent bag. 👍
  23. Fake news.!!!. We all know its trill and flaked cuttle fish. Normally drilled on the plains of South Leicestershire late October towards mkt Harborough. Little fellas are hard to get on the ff6 and keep coming off the magnet. 🤫
  24. Whole thing is a joke more episodes to come. Can only hope for the people over there that they are just electing a clown for the media circus and there are some actual grown ups running the country.
  25. Scary stuff. Mind you our leader (clown) isn't much better.
