Have you seated the primer in far enough? I have had this happen a couple of times and when I looked it was not quite flush

Depends where you live but in west yorks an expanding bullet on is its own is classed as a full round, in Manchester it doesn't become a round until it's is made up. Likewise you can buy expanding in manchester bullets for reloading and it won't be entered on your fac but in west yorks it is Crazy world

I had a blow out on a motorway and the insurance said they wouldn't pay out as the tyre that blew had a bald spot, (all tyres were a matching set and about 6 months old) funnily enough after being dragged down the motorway at 70 it did have a bald spot. Got the ombudsmen involved and they paid out.
