  1. we got clothes line poles from from local bargain shop,3 quid each an made our own points an stampin in pegs much cheaper than whats on offer.
  2. aye but deisel is far more reliable,i havent had a petrol car for 30 years and wouldn,t ever get another one.
  3. i fancy the o/u 28 g and there,s no way you can get any italian made 28g for that sort of money.i,d only use a couple of hundred shells a year at the most so i,m waiting for them to arrive at one of my local gunshope to check them out.if i get one will post what i think of them.
  4. you might get stung for vat if uk customs decide to open mail and check it over £18 from outside uk is subject to tax,i got stung for a us silver dollar it cost me £1. 80 vat and £9 surcharge from the robbin royal mail to get my coin.
  5. there,s more than 3 types my beretta a300 has optima chokes which are short,my mates beretta a400 has optima plus which are longer and not interchangable then theres extended chokes,same goes for my browning medalist 12 and 20 they have short mobil chokes some have longer mobil plus ckokes again not interchangable.
  6. howdy paddy i used to fish a lot off anglesey in my seahog,whiting cod pollack all had worms in them embedded in the flesh,i used to just dig them out with filletin knife b4 freezin an never had any problems probaly ate 100,s of them in 30 years of sea fishin.an i used to eat gurnards as well bit off a ****** skinnin em tho.

  8. i,d stick with the sales section on here,and gunstar and guntrader both these carry ads from private sellers and the trade,have used both with no problems.
  9. i have scorpion single shot 22,superbly accurate,its on the rack pumped up,never loses any air,75 shots per fill,with stirrup pump,a1.av tried ultra dinky little thing an very good,also.cant speak for other makes havent tried any.

  11. hello ed i use aldi online printing go to their website an download software it also contains foto editing software as well,but i use canon and paintshop for my pics.cost is very resonable at 10p per 7x5 print plus post.

  15. howdy lewis we bought 2 similar chair pop up hides from outdoor sports based in manchester they,er on ebay an they were £50,however they need modifying to make them last,were the canopy attaches on the arms,only held in by plastic grommets useless,we pulled em out made metal sleeves with the holding bolts brazed in works a treat now,only tried them for an hour b4 the first one broke but got 7 birds with only 6 shells out,now there fixed up good will be useing em again when need arises.
  16. our last 3 outings produced,25 then a 7 an then an 80,didn,t bother with whirlie shelle worked fine.all on barley stubble.

  18. i had a 410 one way back in 1962,when i was 13,loved it,being a 410 it didn,t fall to bits ,but seem to remember the metal thickness at the breech was over quarter inch thick.
  19. i use a o/u browning,but my a300 sa is better for pigeons especially if firing a lot of shells,no recoil and is easier to use especially in the new one man pop up hides.get 301/2/3 thats in your price range.good luck with it.
  20. i use a 20 on our game shooting days,but use it for inland duck flights as well,only reason i use 12g is we get better deal on ammo for pigeons.

  23. forget the name buy what feels right,i bought a ugartarchea way back in 1972 for £63 new used it on fowling,clays an rough shooting for 35 years b4 it finaly gave up,also had baikel 606 bought 1977 only traded in this year towards beretta a300,got twice what i paid for it.they all shoot the same ammo,an they shoot were YOU point em.
  24. for me an my mate its fibre all the time,only clays we do is practice on he,s farm an we dont want plastic on the land,were ever we shoot we use fibre,only exception is steel shot.
  25. no i dont think so,full choke means 4o thou restriction in barrel,half choke is 20 thou irespective of the shells you use.
