  4. Hi guys sorry if this topic has been covered recently but i have just acquired a beretta silver pigeon 1 sporter which has a manual safety. I know that a safe gun is an unloaded gun or a broken gun!! I will be using the gun for 50/50 clays and rough shooting, i was just wondering what others think and use. Not sure weather to get it changed or not as i missed a few clays with the clubs auto safety. Many thanks Oli

  19. Ive noticed more near me also not a massive increase though
  20. Im in the same boat as you in a way, Im driving next year but I only have small permissions at the moment so no need for a 4x4 or car even, But when I used t shot with a friend he had about 1500 acres to shoot over with the air rifle, allot of people on here will laugh but as long as it is reasonably dry and you keep on flat land then his 2010 Vauxhall corsa did the job, only jot stuck when we managed to get the front wheel down an open drain. Plus if you are shooting out of the vehicle in my mind a little hatch back will be allot quieter and less intimidating than a loud disco But obviously you will be limited as to where you can go. If i get any larger permission which I hope to then I will just be using my VW Polo to get to take all the equipment ect up for a hide I think, plus small car like that are cheaper to insure and I get about 70 mpg
  21. For my shotgun ammo when license arrives we have just got a little household safe with electronic chip and pin which we got from aldi a few years ago, can be bolted to floor and wall but we have it loose in a locked cupboard, Come in various sizes so depends what you are looking for.
