Yes I did end up with a couple of teal and a nice wigeon ,to be fair I should of added to the bag but as always I was looking the wrong way on several occasions and missed some nice chances . A big thank you to washwildfowler for taking us out and making us very welcome .

She was only out when i was clearing up , but i did get her to retieve a couple of pigeons which she did very nicely .

Yes the bead is quite high I will be changing that ,i didn't need to use the Hushpower on that field, I was just trying it out and was a bit loud but I would like to hear what it sounds like from a distance .

Yes its a 20 first box of shells I missed most that came near then I clocked on was using Gamebore 28 gram fibre 6 hit very hard and good ranges ,could of used a normal 12 where I was but I had to play with the new husher It helped a bit but they were stung out a bit but if it was busy then yes I had a few shots and other still came just after. Yes over maize ,bit of new permission i got yesterday they were very flighty was hard work to be honest.

Had a few hours to try my huspower out ending with a mixed bag of 42 for 90 shots took a bit of getting used to but I did have some fun.

Well I have the pleasure of getting to know Motty over the last couple of years and jealousy is not a trait he has well only for Stevos good looks I will add ,I like a big load for pigeons too, 32 gram of 6s ,but I shot with Motty last year and I was convinced by the clay shells he was using so much so ive bought a load to use myself .He takes guest out on the marsh after geese and lets them shoot first and many will tell you its bloody hard to get under wild geese .I will also add its very easy to read into text what you like and sometimes humour doesn't translate very well on open posts.

They are all different , the extrema 2 chokes where nice and thick and were fitted with very little tolerance ,the new a400 chokes are very thin and you try and use full choke with big steel it will get stuck or go out of shape .the choice is always down to the owner of their gun as he or she is the person to make that choice or take risk.

History is for books ,the future is where we should look ,history will not save us ,only strength in numbers .

I've had two of these guns and the chokes that come with it is fine with steel up too and including full, I put every size up to bbb through mine and they where fine and so did my brother who had one as well ,for me on decoyed canada geese 3/4 choke would be fine .

All depends on your priorities ,if it was for wildfowling I would have been out but woodies in bad weather not my idea of fun .

I am thinking of joining a couple of wash clubs this year but which ones ,as im a member of fenland thinking maybe Gedney and another but as the other share ground which is the best combo to cover most marsh ? Cheers

Im sure they see well enough as ive shot them under the moon flighting across the ouse washes ,I was after duck I will add, but I did put 3 or or 4 in the bag that flight and ive done it a few times over the years

He works on the theory throw enough shot up its got to hit something ,he makes me go on his left now so I cant see him so well on the marsh and see his attempts, its strange when im not with Him he always says I got loads and a triple !!!!!just like that wigeon on the wash we didn't see shot !!
