Zeiss Duralyt has now been discontinued from production and they are bringing out a new 'improved' one called the Conquest DL..... shall i wait for the new one or just buy the duralyt? or will the new one be A LOT better?

After a lot of scanning through threads on here and speaking to various people on the subject I think I have decided what to get.... Nikko Stirling Mountmaster 4-12x50 This scope was on my .22 rimfire for a couple months before I upgraded to a leupold, so it's not had much use and is in great condition. I am looking to buy my first rifle and along with it my first scope I have put off buying a rifle for a couple of years for all sorts of reasons but have now decided to take the plunge and I have to admit that as much as i love shooting with rifles i actually don't know a lot about scopes and moderators. I getting a .243 and i would very much appreciate ANY ADVICE ON SCOPES and moderators, with recommendations of different scopes, in different price ranges (above £200) and reasons why. I am looking for a good quality scope that will be versatile for lamping foxes and stalking deer. (around the 4-12 x50 magnification area) I look forward to hearing any advice you have to offer. Hi all, Am new to this scene and waiting for my FAC to come through, 13 week's and counting since I applied, had the home interview and have been window shopping since. Advice please on these two before the bank card gets exhausted by her indoors and her Christmas shopping. Anschutz 1417 G or Weihrauch HW60J in .22lr . Scopes, Am using a Hawke 3-12x50 AO IR on my AirArms TX200 and am very pleased with it, any reason to spend any more than what that cost me. Moderator, SAK seem to be dog's from what I read, so again any advance on those for the same sort of money. Many thanks in advance.

Been looking at the yukon photon for a while now but been put off by the waiting list. Was checking the bay and found one buy it now £300, 2 weeks old, snapped it up instantly. Just fitted to my sako .22lr and I am happy so far with it, picture not crisp in anyway but I'm sure it's good enough. Will be purchasing a doubler for it also. Think I got and absolute bargain!! Anyone else got one of these and any advice on making it better etc.

For sale is my Zeiss Classic Diatal 7x50T* IR Rifle Scope, this has been sitting on my hmr gathering dust in my cabinet through lack of use... Unmarked body & glass, superb condition! It has the illuminated Reticle 60 and 1" tube, c/w zeiss bikini cover... The box and manual were lost during a house move but I do have a downloaded copy of the manual and a scope box that it will fit in for postage... £400 Insured & Posted RMSD

Just bought one of these scopes for £67 plus £8 postage total £75 in near mint condition bar the usual ring marks. Just wondering what people think of this particular scope and will it suit a .22lr I will be purchasing soon? And whether I paid around the right price for it. Thanks

Hi, I am just testing the waters. I have a scope zeiss conquest with rapid Z600 reticle and I would like to swap it for a similar scope with no4 reticle or similar. the scope is as new condition. Got it last year from states. I have for sale a Richter Optik riflescope with Zieien Mit Prazision Optiks. . It is a 3-9 x 50 lens which has a red cross that illuminates in low light conditions.It is brand new in box.
