ernyha
Went out the other day to shoot over freshly cut barley but as mentioned in another post, the farmer was busy baling the straw. Found a nearby field of wheat stubble setaside that had a number of pigeons showing an interest in so decided to have a go. Nothing spectacular but we had over 40 plus a few crows so not a wasted trip.

pigeon master
Yeah nice bag there Ern, looks like the dogs have had a good day too. I'm still waiting for a chance to get out myself but my shooting land was planted late so no chance of shooting for the time being. Looks like a good day though mate. Good little liver springer you have there. The PM
Cranfield
I'm suprised you shot anything as you are not wearing, extremely expensive, Advantage Realtree Camouflage. :( Its good to see I am not the only one to shop at Army Surplus Stores and save a fortune.
ernyha
Its good to see I am not the only one to shop at Army Surplus Stores and save a fortune. :( I don't shop at Army Surplus Stores, my son seems to have forgotten to hand in a lot of his army kit after 14 years service. Shame to leave it hanging in a wardrobe doing nothing. Pigeon master, the dogs belong to my son in law who shot with me because if I took my 2 Yorkies, the crows and magpies would be retrieving them.
