apache
Easily in your selling settings you can ban overseas bidders
UKPoacher
I think you can cancel certain bids on your item. You can also block the bidder. If you do that and then offer the second highest bidder chance to buy. That way the Yank can't give you negative feedback.

Marine1980
I would keep taking his money but he keeps filing a disbute, so i give him a full refund then he pays again and files a dispute for un received items. Mungler
Keep all the emails. 1. remind him the listing did not include overseas and so this is all down to him (end of) 2. get it down in writing was has happened i.e. he pays, you refund and tell him no, he pays again to be awkward <and repeat> 3. file the dispute with Paypal Don't send it to him. Even if he agrees and pays say UPS overland fast to the US delivery you just know there will be something wrong with it when it arrives and he'll stiff you with a Paypal dispute. EDIT: There maybe a way of cancelling his bid and re-listing the item - obviously on a re-list ban overseas bidders and stick a big sign up for daft Johnny foreigners Edited December 6, 2009 by Mungler
Magus69
Any chance of a link to the original item listing or even the listing id number would do. Mike...

apache
I see from your feedback you have had issues with posting abroad before! You can block international bidders. Why not just offer worldwide shipping and increase the people you can sell to? I have sent stuff abroad as an infrequent seller and never had a problem. al4x
you can also block him from bidding, go onto the ebay live help and it will let you talk to a human, I had issues recently with a phone being bought by a brand new buyer and paid by a hookey paypal account. I refunded the money and the *** got stroppy filed a do not want to complete transaction claim and of course he replied to that that he wanted to complete so they were going to keep the selling fees etc. live help sorted it straight away

I stated that i wouldnt ship outside the UK!Follow-up by am_september (05-Dec-09 00:08):Nothing in auction about UK only. I then provided UK address - still won't send. Is this the transaction ? Says he's provided a UK Address ? BJ
Marine1980
Is this the transaction ? Says he's provided a UK Address ? BJ Hi yes he did but only after he made several threats of bad feedback and getting me banned from flee bay. The silly think is at that point he had already left bad feedback. The new flee bay system is so against the seller as you could have the worst transaction in the world with somebody and still not leave bad feedback.
