It gets all sketchy when you start talking about crumpets & pikelets ?? Almost like having a sarnie from a truck cafe round here & calling it a Bacon splash / Sausage splash ? 'What is 'splash' you ask? simple, a splash of tinned tomatoes over the sandwich, over the Bacon or Sausage or whatever, anyone with me on this ? I think its a regional thing?
