12 bore's dont leave too much of a rat left to eat

but i once got an email showing some chinese country preparing rats, they burnt all the hair off with a blowtorch, then gutted it and jointed it, dipped it in flour (i think) and fried it, came out quite nice looking :hmm:

ill take a look and see if i can find it online

seen it on telly.documentry from india.they get paid a bounty for every one they kill.they use home made catapults.the men go into the town at night hunting and they kill masses of them.collect the bounty.then take most to the crocodile farm to feed the handbags and the rest go home with them.they chuck them on a fire whole, guts still in and just dig in when they,re cooked.
