update on fud orders having just rung again

having just rung about my order was told another pack of lies (fuds are waiting to be cleared in customs in london) so decided to cancel i then asked

for a refund to go back into my account only to be told they dont do that so i will have to have a cheque

which should arrive tomorrow

wonder how high i will have to jump to catch that

but phoned trading standards just to cover any more problems that i AM EXPECTING

i would strongly advise anyone else waiting; to do the same as they seem to be holding

a lot of other peoples money

I have just ordered a load of gear from Bush wear, very helpfull checked everything in stock, was honest about a couple of items they didnt have, couldnt have had better service.

In the past have ordered clothing and chef stuff from them and they have always done what they say they will ********** give them a call I am sure they will help you out

:welcomeani: just been on the phone to this particular company regarding my order to be told that their shipment from China is stuck in the SUEZ CANAL! and that they should get del on or abouts IN FEB-- 1st or second week.after being told that the goods were stuck in customs/back of couriers van etc have decided to cancel my order.why can't they just tell the truth when you order or chase up your order over the phone.blaming everybody else,but its them that are selling the goods[main dealer of FUD decoys in the uk.will wait and see when and if my refund arrives. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE

Seems like they are telling us all the same lies at different times. Have been in touch with trading standards and they said that they are allowed 30 days to give a refund and for me to also put it in writing to said company that my order was cancelled today and a full refund was promised, and to keep a copy of the letter and if i have any more problems with them i have to get back in touch with trading standards.

Hi lads must admit I sent for some fuds from a place in Lancashire, recieved them next day cost 8 quid postage to do so. To be honest, I think the silosocks are better there probably not aswell made but they pack away good, there lighter but above all they work the fuds are to small, dont stand out as good dont move not as impressive as they told me on the phone. Im sticking to the silos :welcomeani:

My sister in law has a few choice things to say about this lot. She bought me a mix of pigeon and wildfowl FUDS in early December. She is still waiting.

 

She calls them regularly and gets given the same old flannel as people on here. My favourite was recently about why the pigeon FUDs hadn't gone out, despite having come back in to stock. Are you sure you haven't had them, they asked incredulously. I paraphrase but it was something along the lines of "it was our Christmas do that day, must have been drunk"

 

She has the mallard FUDs now and they are sending her "A voucher" for the rest. They took care to tell her that the voucher will expire in 6 months. :unsure:

I have a feeling that I will be calling them in future. There could be trouble ahead.

I had the same experience with them when I ordered air-pro and rotary deal, it took 7 weeks for the order to arrive . Each time I chased them about it they had received them, that they were then packing it right there and then would be there next day a week later nothing rang them again same story , what absolute ******* !!!!

:good: e-mailed the company in question yesterday and received a response straight away from the Boss,a man called John,he said that he would be in touch with me today and he has kept his word,just rang to say refund given and that if anybody has had any problems to contact him.best to e-mail him after 6 at night as all e-mails get diverted to him.just thought i would let you all know------dave :no:

thanks for that dave rung them about an hour ago was told they would ring back within ten minutes

think i will have to try emailing later

hello dolphin,do it after 6/7 pm and you should get through to John,wasting your time phoning.best of luck------cheers dave
