steve_b_wales
A mate of mine bought £400 worth of goods, six months ago, and paid via his Visa debit card. To date, he has not been charged for the goods. Is there a rule that if you are not charged within a certain time, you don't have to pay? Frenchieboy
Not sure on the legal position but if I was your mate I wouldn't go reminding the seller!
poorwullie
Be a bit of a ****** if it comes off when he's max'ed out the spend limit. Lifes like that.
Fatcatsplat
Tell him to report the card as lost - When they give him a new one it will have a new number and any future debits to the old number will be declined!!
