Police are hunting the gunman following the incident in Duke Street, Whitehaven. Officers are searching for a dark grey or silver Citroen Picasso, registration ND55 ZFC, driven by a man in his 30s with a shaven head. Anyone who sees the vehicle should call 999." Obviously first thoughts go to friends and family, but it will be interesting to see how the new government react to this incident...
