:P I followed a link on here and bought a pigeon magnet from a well known bidding site. It had the full kaboodle, 100m cable(quite why youd need that much i dont know), a speed controller and a battery, put in a bid for £90 and got it for £88 in the end....however i didnt notice it had 4 arms!!!

Obviously you can attach 2,3 or 4....so its not an issue...has anyone else used one with 4?

What do most people use ion thier magnet? Hypaflapas, etc or dead birds? Ive always got a few whole ones in the freezer anyway?

Ill let you know how i get on with it, going to use it on tuesday. :good:

Don't try to blame us. :P

I have seen one with 4 arms working twice and it did look a bit frantic, I would also guess it wears down a battery twice as quickly.

I think they appeared when people were trying to capitalise on the popularity and effectiveness of the rotary and trying to bring out an "improved" version.

Hey BAz

I use Hyperflaps, sometimes they stay on all day and other times I change to real birds when I shoot a couple. If you always have some in the freezer then the real thing is always best; It's just if you want to take the Hypers they are light in the kit bag, I've used a few other and Hypers are the best in my opinion apart from the real bird.
