Wouldn't expect it to camouflage much. Looks too white with not enough dark green in it. Still it's different though

To be honest these photo's don't do it justice, in natural wood surroundings the effect is VERY good.

out of interest, am Im presuming this is that vinyl coating film stuff, but the cost?

 

I ask, as a mate of a mate does this, and gave me an approx cost for my vitara of £1500 which I thought was a bit steep, especialy after watch "wheeler dealers" where they did a complete VW transporter for £1000

 

think I'll stick with my pot of nato green paint from flea bay @ £30

I think Target sports have these sheets in stock- I think a tin of Nato green Matte paint would be better in my opinion

I used 6 sheets, but did`nt put it under the checker plate, if you had no checker plate you would need 7 sheets if you want to do the roof as well you would need 9 sheets , It quite easy to do as long you take your time and it is not to cold as the sheets get brittle and rip I did it in the garage with a gas fire on. You get it from Target sports at £35.00p a sheet.

There's a Nissan nivara in Portsmouth that is covered in that camo wrap, stands out like a sore thumb amongst the woodland and hedgerows

a place near me is selling a Shogun with the stickers on it

 

 

they also have a promo car with the Real tree stickers all over it. Not sure if its the same one as yours?

I've seen it at the Game fairs aswell.

it is a strange idea, though bumped into my local keeper this morning and his new quad has come in realtree and that did look quite good.

 

sadly 4x4's do make you look more than a tad hillbilly

Took a pic of this in the USA last time i was there - now i see a slight point in this as it has a high tower/seat on the back but the lights/indicators,chrome would still give it away....plus the fact it's gihugic!

Could do mate, but the Mrs would take up too much room

 

Plus There is a burger van which is all of about 1/4 of a mile away, which I can see from the hide, is way too tempting

You can buy sheets of the stick on vinyl for around £35 each. Approx amount of sheets needed for a 4x4 is 5-6.
