bruno22rf
Hi all-hoping someone can help name a film i saw many years back and have wanted to get a copy ever since.Storyline is in the southern states of the US and involves a young boy (father farms a small hometead) who saves all his money to buy a "coonhound".As the crops fail his father needs the money but the following year the boy manages to buy one "mail order" and gets 2 by mistake.Cut a long story short the boy wins the state championship with his dogs but the film ends after one of the dogs is killed protecting the boy from a mountain lion and the remaining dog just lies on the dead dogs grave until is also dies.Any bells ringing out there? Frenchieboy
With having to be so carefull about being politically correct nowadays and not being able to make any comments that could relate to colour or nationality or be construed as "racist" I wonder if you would be able to say you were going "coon" hunting? p.s. I wonder if you could get a chavhound, and if so what breeds would be best to breed one from? It's just that we have to be so "Politically Correct" over here in the UK with this poor excuse for a government that we have!
