cempa
yeah i have been told....seems quite hard to get these 1/4 winchoke tubes i have been told that Briley chokes fit but i still have to check that out....but we live in hope
smith271973
I got some teague extended chokes for my 101 light weight. If you check out the teague web site they're called winchester invector chokes, I checked with Nigel that they would fit. Exellent pattern and look cool as well. Great gun by the way. I don't mean to offend you but the 525 is **** compared to that winchester. I have had both and very sorry I sold my lightweight, i was stuck for money and it had to go. The xtr lightweight is such a well balanced gun and really they are a classic of the last 50 years. Beaut of a gun. Enjoy P.s no offence to 525 owners!!! Scully
A good buy,and a good gun.Is it the black action model? My first 101 was a lightweight, and I've had two Diamond grades. My present one has stunning wood and also has its own motorcase.I bought extended 'Teagues' for mine as there was quite a bit of rust on some of the threads of the original 'winchokes' which came with it.Am on the look-out for a Grand European now. Enjoy your purchase, great pieces of kit.
throdgrain
I used to have an 101 as well, it was a good solid gun, though I cant say I ever shot with it very well, however thats me not the gun
