make sure you get a winchoke and not a invector.i would hate to see you wreck the gun.

Thanks

i,ll have look and check them out,im gonna take the gun out today to check it out,i only bought it as a spare gun but maybe it might be better than my Browning 525....?

I don't mean to offend you but the 525 is **** compared to that winchester. I have had both and very sorry I sold my lightweight, i was stuck for money and it had to go. The xtr lightweight is such a well balanced gun and really they are a classic of the last 50 years. Beaut of a gun.

Enjoy

P.s no offence to 525 owners!!!

A good buy,and a good gun.Is it the black action model? My first 101 was a lightweight, and I've had two Diamond grades. My present one has stunning wood and also has its own motorcase.I bought extended 'Teagues' for mine as there was quite a bit of rust on some of the threads of the original 'winchokes' which came with it.Am on the look-out for a Grand European now.

Enjoy your purchase, great pieces of kit.
