Roost shoot

First time I have been out in a while as there hasn't been much about to justify a day out decoying :/

Popped up to a wood for a spot of roosting this afternoon and to generally to see whats about.

There were a few woodys buzzing around, all the birds I saw had full crops to the point of bursting

All but one I shot was full of rape, the odd one out was full of berries, shame they are not feeding on one of my rape fields

Finished up with 18 pigeons (lost 3 in the woods) and 2 crows :good:

It's A pleasure to shoot but I think I'm still shooting like I had to

shoot the Beretta. That shot low! More clays I think!!

Agreed, they are nice to shoot, Im still getting used to mine, going from an 8lb, 30'' O/U to a 7lb semi auto, they handle very differently . . . . . . . . . . . thats the excuse anyway :whistling:

Good luck with it
