Simon123
I currently use a Hatsan Escort Magnum, and i put 50g Magnums through it without having any bruising. I only paid £200 for it and am very happy with it ;) , Oh and mine works  I have also used a Browning Maxus and i loved it, swung beautifully and light to carry, although slightly pricey for my liking as i do a lot of rough shooting. I've also used a Beretta A303, which handled beautifully, although being quite old now, but was still a great gun, and can be found for not much money at all ;) I'm happy with my Hatsan though, ideal for the kind of shooting that i do, and that's why 6 of my other friend's bought some as well, and all are mechanically sound
mpk
Another vote for the maxus. A mate has one and it's a great handling gun

Tiger955i
HI Mate I shoot a 28" barrel Beretta AL391 synthetic stock and I think it is brilliant. Good in the hide, duck pond and walked up shooting. It will cycle 21g right up th 3" magnums with no problems at all. I have not used any of the above so am not qualified to comment. I have heard nothing but good things about the M2 and would like to try one out. Until then I will stick to and not look past my Beretta. Try as many as you can and find the one that fits you best. Anthony.D
I've used a maxus and a SBE 2 alternately, firing 3" and 3.5" shells in one then the other. Couldn't notice much difference, possibly the Maxus just slightly less recoil. That was with only T shirt on. In the winter with a few layers and a coat, recoil should be negligable. How many 3.5"s are you going to fire in a row anyway?

Rgds sx3 If your getting bruised shooting 25 clay either the gun does not fit you or the cartridge load is too heavy. For me there is only one choice benelli

Wildfowler12
I've got a berreta a302 and a Webley 812. I would recommend both of them! Use the Webley on the forseshore because it's synthetic and use the beretta for everything else!
