Lord Geordie
Well as i said in the other post in Airgunning here is todays Wood Pigeon The shot was a nice clean throat shot as you can see the Hollow points can do quite a bit of damage BUT when used like this can perform a nice humane dispatch. Afraid he was sat in the sun for an hour or so as i set him up as a decoy on a home made cradle to no avail Looks real nasty but the shot took out the wind pipe and no doubt the artery judging by the amount of blood left on the floor After 5 mins in the kitchen i got the bit i wanted Burgers for tea tonight with a but of Bread crumb Egg and Herbs it will make a nice burger for the BBQ LG

Lord Geordie
Well After Mincing the Breasts down and adding them to the following Breasts (minced) 2 stale bread buns 1/4 of a small onion 1 egg olive oil Mixed herbs Made into balls and flatten out and then flatten edges. Brush with a little Beaten egg and apply a nice healthy coating of Cracked Peppers (not ground) And you end up with something like this A little too much bread i think but i know better next time In a bun with some salad and mayo went down a treat LG Edited May 8, 2006 by Lord Geordie

30-6
LG Try mincing a packet of bacon in with it , ( although I now just cut up finely as the fat of the bacon gets stuck in the mincer if you use a hand one and clogs the blade up ). We used to have a guy in the Grainger Market here in Newcastle used to sell Game (gone now ) He used to have Braces of Rabbit Pigeon Hare Pheasant etc etc etc hanging from the fasade of the shop but with to many moaning people who know little or NOTHING about the subject (used to buying ready packed chickens and Quarn burgers!! Damn vegies ) they decided to at first remove the "offending articles" from the shop front and eventually they moved There ARE still game dealers about but you will have to maybe do a www.yell.com search to find them LG Edited May 11, 2006 by Lord Geordie
