semiautolee
i managed to get finished early today so i decided to go out and give the pigeons ago on a wheat field that is about to be ploughed in tomoro (in this wind ), grabbed the gear, gun etc from home i got to the field for 2 o clock, got set up on the edge of the wood with the wind behind me, i used traditional horseshoe pattern and was set up for for 2.30 and sat in the hide with gun in hand waiting patiently as you do ! seen a few flying about in the distance but wind was keeping them high, anyway a few hours passed with the only chance i had of the day and i missed it typical!! by this time it was 5 o clock so i decided to have another hour.....and what a hour it was the wind had dropped loads and the pigeons came from no where, the first came in i dropped it, then another 2 came in i dropped one missed the other, next 2 wer a left and right, anyway to cut a long story short my total bag was 15 for my last hour of the day!! all in all it was worth going out in the strong wind as it payed off in the end!!
