Nah just cheaper....

Berreta models have no rhyme or reason the brownings arent much better better but the citori range (125 dont think there was a 225,) 325-425-525 and now 725? are generations but there are lots of others these are based on the B25 Superposed principles which was designed By John Moses Browning in 1922, and Builkt by FN Herstal 1931 onwards (or built buy FN Herstal) the newer X25 are made by Miroku in Japan. but you can still buy a belgian hand made B25

I have had three berettas over and under over the years, picked up a miruko mk70 a few months back and to be fair it suits me much better then the berettas, and my shooing has improved no end,you need to try out different models to find one the suits you, beretta and browning both have loyal followers.

After many years of using both the browning gets my vote . Stronger build than the beretta with chopper lump barrels (no flux running out of the joints where the barrels are sleeved in ) and I prefer the deeper action of the Browning . Lots of other guns out there at half the price and just as good .

Harnser .
